We started as a small bakery, serving espresso drinks, sourdough toasts, and fresh pastries. Today, our wood-fired pizzas have taken the spotlight. Made with imported flour and fermented dough, each pie is cooked in a 900-degree oven for a perfectly crisp, blistered crust and that unmistakable wood-fired flavor.
The name Cosecha means “Harvest.” It reflects our belief that good things come when you put care and intention into what you’re building—whether it’s food, a business, or a neighborhood hangout.
